Welcome to Velocity Labs. These Terms govern your use of our website and purchase of our digital products ("Services"). By accessing this site or purchasing a product, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. The Products (Digital Delivery)

Velocity Labs sells digital infrastructure, templates, and educational content.

No Physical Shipping: All products are 100% digital. You will not receive any physical package.
Immediate Access: Access is provided immediately upon confirmation of payment via email or direct download link.
System Requirements: It is your responsibility to ensure you have the necessary software (e.g., Notion, Canva, PDF Reader) to use the products.

2. License and Intellectual Property

When you purchase a product, you are granting a License to Use, not ownership of the original intellectual property.

Personal Use: You may use the product for your own personal or business projects.
No Redistribution: You strictly may NOT resell, share, or distribute the original files, download links, or login credentials to third parties.
PLR Products: If a specific product is marked as "PLR" (Private Label Rights), you may resell the content, but you must host the files on your own servers. You cannot resell our download links.

3. Payments and Billing

We use third-party payment processors (such as Razorpay, Cosmofeed, or Cashfree) to bill you.

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase information.
Prices are listed in the currency displayed at checkout and are subject to change without notice.

4. Refund and Cancellation Policy

        Strict No-Refund Policy on Digital Goods
        Due to the nature of digital products (which can be downloaded instantly and cannot be "returned"), all sales are final. We do not offer refunds once the download link or access has been sent to you. Please read the product description carefully before purchasing.
    

5. Earnings Disclaimer

We do not guarantee results.
Velocity Labs provides tools, templates, and strategies. Any revenue figures or "success stories" mentioned on our site are for illustrative purposes only. Your results depend entirely on your own work ethic, experience, and market conditions.

6. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

Use our products for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
Attempt to hack, reverse engineer, or interfere with our website's security.
Engage in "Chargeback Fraud" (disputing a valid transaction with your bank). We reserve the right to report such incidents to legal authorities and ban you from future purchases.

7. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and defined following the laws of India. Velocity Labs (operated by Subrato Tiwari) and yourself irrevocably consent that the courts of Patna, Bihar shall have exclusive jurisdiction to resolve any dispute which may arise in connection with these terms.
